Our Products are packaged in resealable paper/poly bags to ensure freshness. Organic Certificates are available upon request. Our Dried Fruit:

    * Is not treated with sulfur dioxide gas during processing.   They do this to to help prevent oxidation and bleaching of colors. Thiers may also be treated with sulfites to extend their shelf life.

    * Has no cyclamates (artificial sweeteners) infused into the fruit (theirs most likely does). Cyclamates are banned in the US but still used in 55 other countries including Canada.

    * Is ORGANIC - the pesticides normally used to grow these crops are not present and concentrated in the dried fruit as in theirs.
