In a recent edition of his popular daytime show, Dr Oz extolled the benefits of Yerba Maté not only as a natural energizer but also as a “mood enhancer”.
Yerba Mate was the number one pick for "energy drinks that really do work." His criteria for a "miracle energy drink" was that it "provides good hydration" and "gives you energy."
